These terms and conditions apply to your use of Felix – a service created by Global Stress Index Limited. ‘Felix’ is defined as the phone app and associated service: its measurements, display graphics, data, reports, tips, the Global Stress Index questionnaire, as well as any other digital or printed content presented to you by Felix software or Global Stress Index Limited.

 

TERMS OF USE

To use Felix you must be over 18 years old.

Felix and its underlying technology and content are protected by copyright under both UK and foreign laws.

When you agree to these terms and conditions, you agree not to replicate, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, store or modify any Felix content, including measurements and algorithms. You also agree not to sell, licence or rent any Felix content, or use it for any commercial or public purpose, without prior written consent.

Sometimes Felix might suggest you read or watch some third party content. Any third party content we link to or mention, is not an endorsement – and we’re not responsible or liable for it.

 

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Keeping your information safe is very important to us. We think it’s essential that everyone is in the know when it comes to privacy, so please read our Privacy Policy carefully. It explains how we keep your data safe.

Felix is not a medical device or diagnosis. When you agree to these terms and conditions, you agree that the displays of resilience, stress levels, balance, readiness, any other vital signs, and any suggestions made by Felix, are suggestions only.

You agree that you will not regard them as medical guidance, or as a diagnosis or non-diagnosis of any health condition.

You understand that high stress levels are not a medical emergency and that low displayed stress levels are not an assurance of good health. You agree that you will continue to be completely responsible for your own wellbeing.
